Celine seeks a Client Advisor in Leccio (The Mall), Italy — temporary, full‑time role delivering luxury client service and sales expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and deliver an exceptional, personalized in-store experience consistent with the house’s standards.
  • Drive sales and contribute to achievement of store objectives through proactive selling and product recommendations.
  • Communicate the story and craftsmanship behind products, leveraging deep product knowledge to advise clients.
  • Develop and maintain privileged, long-term client relationships and support client retention initiatives.
  • Support daily store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, inventory management and after-sales service.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and brand guidelines while representing CELINE with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support the house’s digital evolution by engaging with omnichannel tools and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within fashion or the luxury sector.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven aptitude for building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong product and fashion sensitivity with the ability to convey brand storytelling.
  • Service-oriented, team-minded, proactive, curious, optimistic and empathetic.

Experience
