Celine seeks a Client Advisor in Leccio (The Mall), Italy — temporary, full‑time role delivering luxury client service and sales expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients and deliver an exceptional, personalized in-store experience consistent with the house’s standards.
- Drive sales and contribute to achievement of store objectives through proactive selling and product recommendations.
- Communicate the story and craftsmanship behind products, leveraging deep product knowledge to advise clients.
- Develop and maintain privileged, long-term client relationships and support client retention initiatives.
- Support daily store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, inventory management and after-sales service.
- Adhere to internal procedures and brand guidelines while representing CELINE with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the house’s digital evolution by engaging with omnichannel tools and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within fashion or the luxury sector.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proven aptitude for building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with the ability to convey brand storytelling.
- Service-oriented, team-minded, proactive, curious, optimistic and empathetic.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, with a demonstrable track record of client acquisition, retention and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or degree in fashion, retail or business is advantageous.
Workplace
The role is situated in Leccio, Tuscany, Italy — conveniently close to Florence.
