Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients to deliver an elevated and personalised shopping experience.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to the achievement of store targets through proactive clienteling and cross‑selling.
- Convey the story, heritage and technical details of products to customers to enhance perceived value.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships to recruit and retain a privileged clientele.
- Participate in store operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers and inventory management.
- Manage after‑sales service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Adhere strictly to internal procedures, loss‑prevention and brand guidelines.
- Support the Maison’s digital evolution by using digital clienteling tools and participating in omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, or equivalent.
- High product and fashion sensitivity with strong product knowledge.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a taste for challenge and a collaborative attitude.
- Natural curiosity, optimism, empathy and a strong sense of service.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the fashion or luxury sector (boutique or outlet environment preferred).
Education
High‑school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fashion, luxury retail or related fields preferred.
