Céline seeks Client Advisor in Las Vegas for full-time luxury retail sales role. Minimum 3 years luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize transaction value and units per sale
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database for client relationship management
- Maintain and systematically expand the personal client book through strategic relationship building
- Provide consistent follow-up regarding shipping, alterations, and all client-related inquiries
- Promote store events via email, phone communications, and personalized correspondence
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assist with general store maintenance and visual merchandising to uphold brand image standards
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in a luxury retail setting
- Existing client book is strongly preferred
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and retail management software systems
- Demonstrated passion for luxury products with a refined appreciation for design aesthetics
- Exceptional customer service orientation and client-focused mindset
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
