Céline Client Advisor position in Las Vegas – full-time luxury retail sales role at The Wynn flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales volume, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information within the database system
- Build, maintain, and actively expand a personalized client book
- Promote boutique events and new collections through email, phone, and personalized correspondence
- Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations, and client-related inquiries to ensure satisfaction
- Assist with general store maintenance and visual presentation to uphold boutique standards
- Support inventory management, receiving, and stock control operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury environment
- Existing client book or demonstrated ability to cultivate and retain high-value clientele
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design aesthetics
- Strong service orientation with a client-centric approach
- Computer literacy and proficiency with retail software and POS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail sales setting, with preference for luxury goods experience. Candidates with established client books are strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships is essential.
