CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Kuala Lumpur to drive luxury sales and deliver personalised client experiences on-site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and a strong commercial mindset.
- Deliver personalised clientelling: qualify client needs, recommend tailored product solutions and develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Use cross-selling techniques and product storytelling to introduce clients to the broader CELINE assortment and deepen brand affinity.
- Maintain exemplary standards of visual presentation and personal appearance to uphold the Maison’s image.
- Ensure operational excellence by following internal procedures, loss-prevention protocols and store compliance guidelines.
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture, supporting colleagues to meet collective objectives and share best practice.
- Participate in client events, appointments and private sales as required to cultivate high-value relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods retail.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and developing client portfolios.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Deep product knowledge and genuine passion for luxury fashion and the Maison’s aesthetic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and a client-centric service orientation.
- High level of discretion, integrity and commitment to brand standards and compliance.

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in fashion or luxury retail with demonstrable success achieving targets and growing client relationships.
Education
Secondary education required; a diploma or degree in fashion, retail management, business or a related discipline is preferred.
