Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through active prospecting, tailored recommendations and effective cross-selling.
  • Deliver personalised client experiences and long-term relationships via clienteling, follow-up and bespoke service.
  • Collaborate with the boutique team to foster a positive environment, support peers and contribute to collective commercial objectives.
  • Ensure flawless store operations by adhering to internal procedures, cash handling rules and compliance guidelines.
  • Represent the Maison by sharing product stories and heritage, maintaining impeccable personal presentation and supporting visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, preferably within boutique or flagship store environments.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Proven clienteling and relationship-building capability with demonstrable sales results.
  • Strong product knowledge of leather goods and ready-to-wear, with an aptitude for storytelling.
  • Flexible availability to work retail hours and adaptability to a dynamic store environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to compliance and CSR principles.
