Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service across every interaction to cultivate long‑term customer relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, clienteling and cross‑selling of CELINE collections.
- Advise clients with authoritative product knowledge and compelling storytelling about heritage, materials and craftsmanship.
- Support store operations by complying with internal procedures, ensuring stock accuracy, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues, sharing best practices, and supporting collective goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Demonstrable commercial mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets and executing cross‑selling strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion and a client‑centric approach.
- High ethical standards and adherence to brand compliance and corporate responsibilities.
- Adaptability to a dynamic retail schedule and willingness to work on‑site with flexible hours.

Experience
