Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
  • Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales and transaction value.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Capture and input relevant customer information into the database.
  • Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized notes.
  • Maintain and expand a client book.
  • Consistently follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues.
  • Assist in general housekeeping and maintenance of the store image.
  • Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn various software packages.
  • Candidates with existing client books are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Strong sales and customer service orientation. Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and utilize various software programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail setting, with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
