Céline Client Advisor position in Hangzhou, China. Join the luxury fashion house LVMH brand for full-time retail retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and engagement to boutique clientele
- Maximize sales through strategic cross-selling and up-selling techniques
- Handle and resolve customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure accuracy at the cashier counter
- Conduct follow-up communications with existing and prospective customers regarding store events and offerings
- Support inventory management, stock-taking, and merchandise replenishment
- Assist with receipt and storage of new merchandise arrivals
- Support and execute in-store promotional events and activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Enforce health, safety, and security protocols within the boutique
Qualifications
- Associate degree or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong fashion sensibility and product knowledge
- Team-oriented and service-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, with preference for candidates with luxury retail background. Prior experience in fashion or premium goods is advantageous.
Education
Associate degree (大专) or higher qualification required.
