Celine Client Advisor position at Saks Fifth Avenue in Greenwich, CT. Full-time luxury retail sales role requiring 3+ years experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into sales consultations to maximize transaction value and units sold
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in the database system
- Actively manage and expand a personal client book through strategic outreach and relationship building
- Promote store events through email, personalized correspondence, and direct client communication
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alterations, and other client service matters
- Assist with store presentation, merchandising maintenance, and visual standards compliance
- Support inventory control, receiving, and shipping operations as assigned
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably in a luxury or premium segment
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a personal client book
- Proficiency with Point of Sale systems and retail software applications
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for luxury goods and appreciation for design excellence
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years in a retail sales environment, with emphasis on luxury or premium goods. Computer literacy and experience with multiple software platforms required. Prior experience managing an active client book is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion, or business education a plus.
