Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed store sales targets through a demonstrable commercial mindset and comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Proactively engage clients to understand needs and deliver tailored recommendations, using cross‑selling techniques to increase basket size and introduce the full breadth of CELINE’s offering.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences and maintain lasting relationships through disciplined clienteling and follow‑up.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year professional experience in sales within fashion or the luxury sector.
  • Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Demonstrable passion for luxury fashion and deep interest in CELINE’s products and brand identity.
  • Client‑centric attitude with strong interpersonal and storytelling skills.
  • Adaptability, initiative, integrity and a commitment to compliance and ethical conduct.
