CÉLINE Client Advisor position in Dublin at Brown Thomas, permanent full-time role in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets by demonstrating strong commercial mindset, deep product knowledge, and proactive client engagement tailored to individual needs
- Deliver exceptional client experiences through welcoming, advising, and providing unparalleled service to each client, ensuring memorable interactions with the CÉLINE brand
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients through personalized clienteling strategies, cross-selling techniques, and complementary product recommendations to drive repeat purchases and client loyalty
- Serve as a CÉLINE ambassador by embodying the Maison's values and excellence, sharing the rich history and stories behind products through engaging storytelling
- Foster positive team spirit by collaborating closely with colleagues, supporting achievement of individual and collective goals, and contributing to a harmonious work environment
- Uphold CÉLINE's standards of compliance by adhering to internal procedures and guidelines, and actively participate in store operations including visual merchandising, restocking, inventory management, and after-sales service

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in sales, fashion, or luxury retail
- Passion for luxury fashion with deep understanding of CÉLINE's products, heritage, and brand identity
- Client-centric mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional experiences and build lasting relationships
- Strong ethical compass with commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in additional languages advantageous
