Celine seeks a Client Advisor in Dublin — permanent, on-site role delivering exceptional luxury client service and driving sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement, detailed product knowledge and effective cross-selling.
  • Deliver personalised client experiences and long-term client relationships through high-quality clienteling, follow-up and after-sales service.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by communicating CELINE’s heritage and product stories, and maintaining impeccable personal presentation and boutique standards.
  • Support day-to-day store operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers, inventory control and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting colleagues, contributing to shared objectives and sustaining a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, with demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
  • Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Deep passion for luxury fashion, strong knowledge of leather goods and CELINE’s brand identity.
  • Client-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal, storytelling and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of integrity, adaptability, initiative and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.

Experience
