Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and informed product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships via personalised clienteling, follow-up and cross-selling to drive repeat business.
  • Contribute to store operations: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers, inventory control and after-sales service.
  • Uphold brand image and presentation standards in every client interaction; communicate the Maison’s heritage and product stories.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment and support collective commercial objectives.
  • Adhere to internal procedures and compliance guidelines to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail (boutique or department store environment).
  • Strong product knowledge of luxury leather goods and fashion, with a demonstrable passion for the Maison’s aesthetic.
  • Client-centric mindset with proven ability to develop lasting relationships and deliver exceptional personalized service.
  • Commercially driven with demonstrated cross-selling and closing ability.
  • High professional standards, discretion, integrity and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, initiative and a collaborative attitude suitable for a fast-paced boutique setting.
  • Proficiency in English and French (additional languages advantageous).
