CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Dublin (on-site) to deliver exceptional clienteling and drive sales for its luxury leather-goods collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive prospecting, persuasive luxury selling and effective cross-selling.
- Deliver bespoke client experiences: welcome, advise and cultivate long-term relationships through personalized clienteling and after-sales service.
- Represent CELINE’s brand and heritage at every touchpoint by telling product stories and maintaining exemplary personal presentation.
- Support store operations including visual merchandising, replenishment, stock transfers, inventory control and adherence to internal procedures.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit, share best practices and contribute to collective commercial objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with corporate policies and operational guidelines to preserve the Maison’s standards and customer trust.
Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in retail sales within fashion or luxury (minimum 1 year; 3 years preferred).
- Deep knowledge and passion for luxury leather goods, fashion collections and brand storytelling.
- Client-centric orientation with demonstrated ability to develop and maintain high-value client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, discretion, initiative, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance and responsible business practices.
- Fluency in English and working proficiency in French; additional languages advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of professional retail or luxury sales experience is required; 3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Experience should demonstrate a track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
Education
High school diploma required; vocational or tertiary qualifications in retail, fashion, luxury management or a related discipline are advantageous.
