CELINE is hiring a Client Advisor in Copenhagen to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive sales for the Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed store sales targets through proactive client engagement, expert product knowledge and consistent cross-selling.
- Deliver a personalised and memorable client experience at every touchpoint, developing long-term relationships via dedicated clienteling.
- Contribute to daily store operations including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, transfers, after-sales service and inventory management.
- Act as a brand ambassador by communicating CELINE’s heritage and product stories, maintaining impeccable personal presentation and boutique standards.
- Collaborate closely with the store team to foster a positive working atmosphere and support collective commercial objectives while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional sales experience in fashion or luxury retail (client advisor, retail sales or equivalent).
- Deep passion for luxury fashion and demonstrable knowledge of leather goods and ready-to-wear product categories.
- Client-centric mindset with proven ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Strong ethical standards, discretion and commitment to following brand guidelines and operational procedures.
- French and English proficiency; additional languages are an asset.
