Celine seeks a Client Advisor for its Neiman Marcus location in Chicago to meet sales and consignment goals, deliver product-led selling, and develop a client book. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals.
- Use product knowledge throughout the sales process to maximize sales, units sold per transaction, and transaction value.
- Adhere to all company policies.
- Capture relevant customer information for database entry.
- Promote store events by email, phone, and personalized notes.
- Maintain and expand a client book.
- Follow up consistently on shipping, alteration, and other client-related issues.
- Assist with general housekeeping and maintaining the store image.
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as requested.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail experience, focused on sales and preferably in a luxury setting.
- Computer literate, with the ability to learn and use various software packages.
- Candidates with established client books are strongly preferred.
- Desire to work in retail with a focus on sales.
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and use various software programs.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
