Céline Client Advisor position at Neiman Marcus Chicago – luxury retail sales role, $24–$26/hr, permanent full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Leverage product knowledge to maximize sales performance, units sold per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain comprehensive customer information within the database system
- Build, maintain, and expand a personal client book through targeted outreach and relationship management
- Promote store events through email, telephone, and personalized communications
- Provide consistent follow-up on shipping, alterations, and client-related issues
- Contribute to store housekeeping and visual merchandising to uphold brand image standards
- Support inventory control, shipping, and receiving operations as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably within a luxury environment
- Existing client book strongly preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with multiple software platforms
