CELINE seeks a Part‑Time Client Advisor in Chicago to drive sales, manage client relationships and uphold boutique standards at 939 N Rush St.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives through proactive selling and client development
- Apply thorough product knowledge to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value
- Develop, maintain and expand a personalised client book and perform regular, tailored follow‑up
- Capture and record all relevant customer information in the customer database/CRM
- Promote store events and client outreach via email, phone and handwritten communications
- Coordinate client requests including shipping, alterations and after‑sales service until resolution
- Support store operations including shipping & receiving, inventory control and general housekeeping to preserve the Maison image
- Adhere to all company policies and uphold high standards of presentation and service
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required by business needs
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods
- Proven track record of client development; candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred
- Computer literate with the ability to learn and use various software packages and customer databases
- Outstanding service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury product and appreciation for design and craftsmanship
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Experience
Minimum three years of retail experience with a focus on sales; prior experience in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary training in retail, hospitality, fashion or related disciplines preferred.
