Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals; actively drive transactions and conversion.
- Leverage product knowledge to maximise units sold per transaction and average transaction value.
- Build, maintain and expand a client book; capture and update customer information in the CRM.
- Promote store events and client outreach via email, phone and personalised communications.
- Manage client follow-up for shipping, alterations and service enquiries to ensure exceptional aftercare.
- Support shipping & receiving, inventory control and general housekeeping to preserve store image and brand standards.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven clienteling skills; candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred.
- Customer-service oriented with a demonstrable sales record and a passion for luxury product and design.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn and use retail software, POS and CRM platforms.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, ideally within luxury fashion or leather goods, with demonstrated success meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred.
