Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Leverage comprehensive product knowledge to maximize sales, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain all relevant customer information in the database
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized client outreach
- Build and expand a personal client book through consistent relationship development
- Follow up systematically with clients regarding shipping, alterations, and service issues
- Assist with store housekeeping and maintenance of visual presentation
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail or client-facing sales experience
- Existing client book highly preferred
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design
- Service-oriented mindset with demonstrated customer focus
- Proficiency with retail software systems and digital tools
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales or client advisory experience in a luxury goods environment preferred. Candidates with an established client book are strongly encouraged to apply.
