Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets including consignment objectives.
- Apply deep product knowledge during client interactions to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Build, maintain and expand a personal client book through proactive outreach and bespoke service.
- Capture and update all relevant customer information accurately in the CRM/database.
- Promote and support store events via email, phone and personalised communications.
- Manage client follow‑up for orders, shipping, alterations and after‑sales issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support daily store operations including visual standards, general housekeeping and maintaining the boutique image.
- Assist with shipping/receiving processes and inventory control as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury fashion or leather goods.
- Existing client book strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury product and an appreciation for design and craftsmanship.
- Customer‑centric service orientation with polished interpersonal skills.
- Tech‑savvy with the ability to learn and use retail POS and CRM systems.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Foreign language proficiency a plus.
