Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales and consignment targets through proactive selling and strategic client engagement.
- Leverage detailed product knowledge to maximise units per transaction, average transaction value and appropriate cross‑selling.
- Acquire and maintain a robust client book; capture and update comprehensive client data in the CRM.
- Drive client retention through timely follow‑up on shipping, alterations and service enquiries and by promoting store events via email, phone and personalised correspondence.
- Support store operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control and day‑to‑day housekeeping to uphold the brand image.
- Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures, ensuring compliance and consistent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' retail experience with a demonstrable focus on sales; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and manage a personal client portfolio; candidates with an existing client book are strongly preferred.
- High level of customer service orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech‑savvy with demonstrated computer literacy and the ability to learn and use various retail software and CRM systems.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years in a retail sales role, preferably within the luxury sector, with demonstrated results in client acquisition and sales conversion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional studies in fashion, retail, merchandising or a related discipline advantageous.
