CELINE seeks a Client Advisor at Saks Fifth Avenue Boston. Luxury retail sales role requiring three years' experience and client book expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate comprehensive product knowledge into the sales process to maximize units sold per transaction and dollar value
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information for database entry and client relationship management
- Maintain and expand a personalized client book through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized correspondence
- Consistently follow up on shipping, alterations, and other client-related issues
- Assist in general store housekeeping and the maintenance of retail environment standards
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience with a focus on sales in a luxury setting
- Existing client book strongly preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with retail software systems
