Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process to maximize sales
- Adhere to all company policies
- Capture relevant customer information for database entry
- Promote store events through various communication channels
- Maintain and expand a client book
- Follow up on shipping, alteration, or other client-related issues
- Assist in general housekeeping and store image maintenance
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed
Qualifications
- Business School, University degree, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years in a retail setting, preferably in luxury sales
- Candidates with client books strongly preferred
