Client Advisor at Celine, Saks Beverly Hills — luxury retail sales position in Beverly Hills, CA. $22–$26/hr, full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize transaction value and units sold
- Capture and maintain customer information in the database for clienteling purposes
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized correspondence
- Build and consistently expand an individual client book
- Provide attentive follow-up on customer shipping, alterations, and service requests
- Maintain store appearance and contribute to general housekeeping standards
- Support inventory control and shipping/receiving operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury
- Established client book preferred
- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software systems
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and point-of-sale systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
