CELINE seeks a Client Advisor at Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills, CA — $23–$26/hr. Luxury retail role focused on clienteling and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives through proactive selling and client development.
- Deliver bespoke clienteling by leveraging product knowledge to maximize units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Build, maintain and expand a personal client book; execute timely follow-up on shipping, alterations, and client inquiries.
- Capture and update all relevant customer information accurately for CRM/database entry and event promotion.
- Promote and RSVP clients to store events via personalized outreach including phone, email, and hand-written notes.
- Support stock management, shipping & receiving, and inventory control as requested to ensure product availability.
- Contribute to the store's visual image and general housekeeping to uphold brand presentation standards.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, loss-prevention procedures and luxury service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' retail experience with a demonstrable track record in sales; luxury retail background preferred.
- Proven clienteling skills; candidates with an existing client book strongly preferred.
- Customer-focused service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use CRM systems and point-of-sale software.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a primary focus on sales; prior experience in a luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in fashion, retail, or business is preferred.
