Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • Handle customer inquiries and follow up on transactions at the cashier counter.
  • Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers regarding store events.
  • Support stock taking, replenishment, and sales floor cleanliness.
  • Assist with merchandising arrivals and in-store events.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
  • Enforce safety, health, and security rules.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Experience in the luxury sector is a plus.

Skills

Energetic and enthusiastic team player. Service-oriented with excellent communication skills. Tactful in handling customers with good fashion sense. Ability to work independently. Fluent in Mandarin; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

Experience

At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in retail or luxury sectors.

Education

College degree or higher.
