CELINE is hiring a Client Advisor in Barcelona — full‑time permanent role at its Barcelona boutique; seeking experienced luxury retail sales professional.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and advise clients in‑store, ensuring a comfortable, personalised and high‑quality customer experience.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to the achievement of store targets through proactive clienteling and upselling of complementary products.
- Communicate the provenance, craftsmanship and story behind products to convey brand expertise.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships to recruit and retain privileged clients.
- Participate actively in store operations: visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, inventory management and after‑sales service.
- Adhere to internal procedures, loss‑prevention and compliance guidelines.
- Support the house’s digital initiatives by adopting and promoting digital retail tools and processes.
- Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting CELINE’s aesthetic and standards with creativity and a sense of excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales within fashion or luxury retail (track record of meeting sales objectives preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in a third language is a plus.
- Strong product and fashion sensitivity with demonstrable knowledge of leather goods and ready‑to‑wear.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, curiosity, optimism and a genuine service mindset.
- Team‑oriented with a taste for challenge and the ability to work in a fast‑paced boutique environment.

Experience
Minimum three years of direct sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, with demonstrated success in building client relationships and achieving commercial objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in retail, fashion or luxury goods preferred.
