Celine Client Advisor position at Aventura Mall, Miami – luxury retail sales role joining new store opening Fall 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual and store sales targets and consignment goals
- Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process to maximize sales volume, units per transaction, and transaction value
- Capture and maintain relevant customer information in the database
- Promote store events through email, phone, and personalized communications
- Build and maintain an active client book with consistent follow-up
- Manage shipping, alterations, and resolution of client-related issues
- Contribute to store housekeeping and maintenance of visual presentation
- Support inventory control and shipping/receiving operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with a focus on sales, preferably in a luxury environment
- Existing client book highly preferred
- Computer literacy and ability to learn various software platforms
- Passion for luxury products and appreciation for design aesthetics
- Strong service orientation with a customer-focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience with emphasis on sales, preferably within the luxury sector. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a client book is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion, design, or business is beneficial.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Aventura, Florida, USA, with easy access to Miami.
