CELINE seeks a Client Advisor in Atlanta (Phipps Plaza) to drive luxury sales and clienteling—on‑site, full‑time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and consignment objectives through proactive clientelling and closing techniques.
- Integrate in‑depth product knowledge into the sales interaction to maximise units per transaction and average transaction value.
- Develop, maintain and expand a personal client book through regular personalised outreach, follow‑up and event promotion.
- Capture and update customer information accurately in the CRM database and support targeted communication (email, phone, handwritten notes).
- Manage client logistics including shipping, alterations, returns and post‑sale enquiries to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
- Support store presentation and housekeeping to uphold the Maison’s image and visual standards.
- Assist with shipping, receiving and inventory control tasks as required by store operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years’ retail experience with a demonstrable focus on sales; experience in a luxury environment strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and retain client relationships; candidates with an existing client book are strongly preferred.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn and use CRM, POS and other retail software.
- Strong service orientation and customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related field preferred.
