CELINE Client Advisor Assistant Internship – Zurich, Switzerland (September 2026–February 2027). Join a prestigious luxury fashion maison in a six-month on-site retail role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and advise clients to deliver exceptional personalized experiences and drive store turnover towards established targets
- Share comprehensive product expertise with clients and demonstrate initiative in suggesting complementary offerings
- Build and nurture privileged, lasting client relationships to enhance acquisition and loyalty
- Execute visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management tasks
- Participate in after-sales service (SAV) and maintain meticulous store presentation standards
- Master and adhere to internal procedures, guidelines, and digital systems
- Embody the CELINE brand spirit through authentic commitment to excellence and creative engagement
Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English (additional languages preferred)
