Céline internship: Client Activation Assistant in Paris (6 months, January 2027). Support CRM campaigns and client engagement strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create guidelines for one-to-one clienteling campaigns targeted at regional teams and customer service departments
- Implement clienteling campaigns within the Salesforce platform in coordination with global and regional stakeholders
- Monitor, analyze, and consolidate results of one-to-one clienteling campaigns to evaluate performance
- Coordinate and design campaign assets for key events including boutique openings and collection launches, while managing regional requests
- Produce monthly performance reports for regional CRM teams, including best practice sharing and KPI tracking
- Conduct monthly competitive analysis on client engagement trends across the luxury sector
- Manage and monitor CRM challenges and related initiatives across markets
- Create collateral materials aligned with the CRM animation strategy
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor+4 or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) program at a business school or equivalent institution with a marketing specialization
- Demonstrated understanding of CRM and client engagement principles
- Proficiency in Salesforce platform
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience or strong interest in the luxury and fashion industries
