Role & Responsibilities
- Design and build newsletter templates for global campaigns.
- Implement multilingual email copy for one-shot and automated campaigns.
- Coordinate assets, copy and validations between regional offices and central teams.
- Monitor, consolidate and deliver weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Produce in-depth analyses of campaign results for local CRM teams and central functions (marketing, image, product).
- Deliver a monthly competitive analysis on client engagement trends.
- Support ad-hoc CRM and client engagement projects as required.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master-level) programme in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in Marketing; school internship agreement required.
- Demonstrated interest in CRM and client engagement strategies.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Entry-level internship; suitable for students seeking their first professional placement in CRM/client engagement. Prior internship or academic project experience in marketing or CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master-level) in a Business School or equivalent with a marketing specialization; mandatory school internship convention (convention de stage).
