Role & Responsibilities

• Centrally manage cash flow by automating and validating daily banking position reports
• Structure short- and medium-term treasury forecasts and challenge underlying assumptions
• Pilot working capital management in close collaboration with Accounting and Management Control teams
• Master and reduce the House's exposure to financial risks, including foreign exchange and interest rate exposure
• Negotiate and optimize banking conditions (credit lines, rates, commissions, and guarantees) with the Group's banking partners
• Deploy internal audit recommendations and Group Treasury guidelines, particularly regarding payments, banking rationalization, and banking authorities
• Ensure the reliability of approval circuits, compliance with signature delegations, and strict separation of duties

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent from a leading business school or university with specialization in Finance/Treasury
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in treasury within an international structure
• Experience in the luxury, retail, or distribution sector is highly valued
• Mastery of financial instruments (foreign exchange, interest rates, derivatives)
• Proficiency with Kyriba TMS and SAP
• Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, Power BI)
• Fluent French and English in an international environment

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5 years of successful treasury experience in an international organization, with prior exposure to the luxury, retail, or distribution sector preferred.

Education

Master's degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent from a leading business school or university with specialization in Finance or Treasury.
