Céline (LVMH) seeks BPO Controlling & Industrial Controlling in Paris. Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and process optimization. Hybrid role, 8-10 years required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Map and document existing controlling and industrial cost management processes (production costs, variance analysis, budgeting, performance reporting, cost accounting) across Leather Goods, Shoes, and Ready-to-Wear product lines
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and harmonization possibilities at the global level, collaborating with operational, financial, and Key User teams
  • Design and implement new processes or enhancements in alignment with operational and financial priorities
  • Analyze existing processes for adaptation and optimal integration into SAP S/4HANA (modules CO, FI, PP)
  • Design and validate SAP S/4HANA process blueprints for controlling and industrial management accounting in partnership with project teams and Key Users
  • Ensure coherence and integration of SAP controlling processes across functions (cost accounting, cost-to-produce tracking, budget control, group reporting, industrial performance management)
  • Lead project initiatives managing concurrent workstreams in an international, demanding environment
  • Coordinate and liaise between local controlling teams at Italian manufacturing sites and group teams based in Paris
  • Travel approximately one day per month to Italian manufacturing sites during the deployment phase (approximately one year) to ensure understanding of local requirements, team support, and deployment consistency
  • Actively contribute to project governance through committee facilitation, milestone tracking, risk and decision management
  • Communicate and raise awareness among industrial and financial teams regarding process changes, accounting for Italian entity cultural specificities
  • Train and support Key Users and end users in adopting new controlling tools and processes
  • Address change resistance and facilitate transition to new practices
  • Animate and coordinate a network of Key Users from controlling and industrial finance functions across France and Italy, defining roles and responsibilities
  • Ensure continuous Key User training and support
  • Gather needs and feedback from Key Users to refine and improve processes
  • Develop UAT (User Acceptance Testing) plans tailored to controlling and industrial management accounting processes, defining scenarios, test data, and acceptance criteria
  • Organize and facilitate UAT sessions with Key Users and end users, including at Italian sites
  • Coordinate UAT execution, monitor anomalies and corrections
  • Validate UAT results and ensure SAP S/4HANA process compliance with user requirements

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree, Master's in Management Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Management, or equivalent (business school, IAE, university)
  • Eight to ten years of significant experience in controlling and industrial management accounting, ideally in a demanding industrial environment and/or within an international group
  • Demonstrated experience in transformation or process optimization project management
  • Deep knowledge of controlling and industrial cost management processes: cost accounting, cost-to-produce calculation, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, performance reporting
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects in international and multi-site environments
  • Leadership and ability to mobilize and federate multidisciplinary and international teams
  • Strong communication skills across organizational levels (field operations, management, leadership)
  • Analytical and synthesis capabilities with results orientation
  • Capacity to manage change, solve problems, and navigate complex and demanding environments
