CELINE is hiring a Store Manager in Saint-Tropez, France — lead sales, P&L and team development for the boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement store‑specific commercial strategies aligned with group objectives to maximise sales and market share.
- Lead sales performance and profitability targets, monitor Store P&L and control operating expenses.
- Develop and execute clienteling programmes to build long‑term client loyalty and deliver personalised, memorable client experiences.
- Build, coach and develop a high‑performing store team; manage recruitment, training, performance reviews and staff scheduling.
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, housekeeping and compliance with company policies.
- Drive omnichannel initiatives and related KPIs to ensure seamless integration between in‑store and digital customer journeys.
- Monitor local market and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform commercial decisions.
Qualifications
- Business school degree, university diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience; prior experience in luxury/fashion strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage and develop large teams with demonstrated leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience delivering sales targets and managing store profitability.
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills; able to prioritise and operate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages advantageous.

Minimum five years of retail experience with a proven track record of meeting sales objectives; luxury or fashion retail experience is highly desirable and experience managing store P&L and sizeable teams is required.
Education
Business school, university degree, or equivalent professional experience.
