Celine Bijoux Special Project Specialist in Strada in Chianti, Italy. Manage PLM systems and lead Made to Order, VIP, and VIC bespoke jewelry orders.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete development cycle of Made to Order custom jewelry products and VIP, VIC, and GIFT special orders from initial brief through delivery
  • Maintain constant alignment with Design and Marketing teams in Paris to refine pieces and manage changes throughout production
  • Interface daily with suppliers and Purchasing, Industrialization, and Quality departments to translate customer requests into pieces meeting company quality standards within agreed timelines and budgets
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of technical data, bills of materials (BOM), and product sheets within PLM software systems
  • Maintain current and accurate systems documentation regarding product variants, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Monitor, estimate, and negotiate production costs across bespoke and special order categories
  • Provide proactive cross-functional support to the Jewelry Business Unit on standard collections, including launches management, material research, technical solutions, and data system support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics with strong technical orientation, or equivalent Technical Diploma
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in jewelry and bijoux design or production
  • Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of French is advantageous
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of PLM systems, particularly SAP
  • Demonstrated ability in priority management and problem-solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision
  • Results-oriented mindset with proactive approach to innovation
