Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly stock levels against target stocks in various zones.
- Analyze key performance indicators such as monthly consumption, availability rates, and stock coverage.
- Identify reproduction needs and conduct quarterly reviews of target stocks in zones.
- Define needs and support production for other packaging.
- Provide operational support including monitoring deliveries and payments.
- Input purchase orders into the ERP system and update ordering tools with prices and visuals.
- Coordinate new product launches with image and product teams.
- Monitor stocks and identify reproduction needs.
- Analyze non-commercial product assortments and conduct competitive analysis.
- Define institutional packaging forecasts bi-annually.
- Continuously improve supply chain processes by enhancing existing files/reports and introducing new tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Interest in fashion, luxury, and retail.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in supply chain management.
