Céline seeks an Assistant Store Director in Miami Design District to support store operations, drive sales performance, and lead retail teams in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and continuously motivate sales associates towards achieving and exceeding personal and category sales objectives while applying retail excellence standards
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor through coaching, mentoring, and team engagement
- Lead clienteling initiatives and effective client book management to drive new client acquisition and retention
- Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained at all times
- Support the Store Director in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management
- Provide on-the-spot coaching to sales associates with clear, constructive feedback based on observations and facts
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards through regular operational follow-up and initiative implementation
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed by management
- Assist with recruitment recommendations and professional development of associates
- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in planning and executing visual environment changes
- Resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Share responsibility for the store's profit and loss performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 7–10 years of retail experience with emphasis on store management or office administration
- Proven experience in luxury retail environment preferred
- Computer literacy and proficiency with various software packages
