Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and continuously motivate sales associates towards achieving and exceeding personal and category sales objectives while applying retail excellence standards
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor through coaching, mentoring, and team engagement
• Lead clienteling initiatives and effective client book management to drive new client acquisition and retention
• Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained at all times
• Support the Store Director in implementing operational policies, sales support, training, and stock management
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to sales associates with clear, constructive feedback based on observations and facts
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards through regular operational follow-up and initiative implementation
• Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed by management
• Assist with recruitment recommendations and professional development of associates
• Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in planning and executing visual environment changes
• Resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Share responsibility for the store's profit and loss performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of retail experience with emphasis on store management or office administration
• Proven experience in luxury retail environment preferred
• Computer literacy and proficiency with various software packages
• Action-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Demonstrated ability to motivate others and build effective teams
• Strong service orientation and customer focus
• Social perceptiveness and emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in mediating and resolving conflicts or concerns
• Problem-solving capability
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 7–10 years in retail settings with emphasis on store management or office administration, preferably in a luxury sector. Demonstrated experience in leading teams, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational excellence in fast-paced retail environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail management certification or training is advantageous.
