Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and continuously motivate sales associates towards achieving and exceeding personal and category sales objectives while applying retail excellence principles
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, coaching team members and providing constructive feedback based on observations
• Lead team efforts in clienteling, including effective usage of client books towards new client acquisition and retention
• Meet set category and consignment percentage targets as defined by management
• Support the sales process and facilitate solutions to customer issues or complaints
• Ensure the highest level of customer service and compliance with policies and procedures
• Ensure store visual merchandising standards are met and maintained
• Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in planning and executing necessary changes to the visual environment
• Review sales performance frequently and take action on visual merchandising to improve results
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to sales associates with clear, constructive feedback
• Identify associate training needs and recommend recruitment and development strategies to the Store Manager
• Maintain shared responsibility for the store's profit and loss performance
• Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards
• Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed
• Execute special projects and tasks as directed by the Store Manager

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a retail setting with emphasis on store management
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment highly preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems and various software packages
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to motivate others and build effective teams
• Service orientation and customer focus
• Social perceptiveness and conflict resolution capabilities
• Problem-solving mindset and results-driven approach

Skills

Experience

Minimum 5–7 years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury fashion or leather goods environment. Demonstrated success in team leadership, sales development, and operational management. Prior experience in flagship or high-volume retail locations is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 150,000 per annum.
