Role & Responsibilities
- Produce technical sketches and colourways for sportswear using Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Prepare and update technical drawings and collection boards (moodboards/boards of collection).
- Conduct visual research and compile iconographic references to support design direction.
- Support fittings: organise samples, take notes, manage fitting photography and update records.
- Prepare items and documentation prior to fittings (gather models, organise drawings, etc.).
- Organise, archive and maintain collections and studio materials.
- Assist the designers with ad hoc administrative and creative tasks to ensure studio workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Fashion, Fashion Design or related discipline (Bac+3/4/5).
- Prior internship experience in ready-to-wear is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Italian is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a busy studio.
- Creative mindset, initiative, and attention to detail.
