Celine internship: Assistant Retail Merchandising (6 months, January 2027) in Paris. Support product lifecycle optimization and end-of-season strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver weekly performance reporting and analysis of key indicators across zones and product categories
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers, tracking action plans by sales channel
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare monthly zone meetings
- Execute ad-hoc projects related to private sales and seasonal campaigns
- Perform product, pricing, and competitive benchmark analysis across all channels including sales, outlets, and private sales
- Develop and maintain privileged relationships with regional zones and multiple internal stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, CSR, visual merchandising, and finance functions
Qualifications
- Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master's level) programme at a business school or equivalent university degree
- Strong analytical capabilities with genuine affinity for product knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail and rigorous approach to data analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent English communication skills

Experience
Prior internship experience in retail merchandising, business planning, or retail operations is preferred. Entry-level candidates with relevant coursework or academic projects are welcomed.
