Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization of the fabric purchasing division for collections.
- Create and reference both new and existing fabrics, including material codes and technical sheets.
- Monitor orders following the artistic director's selection and approved developments, including order creation, dispatch to suppliers, delivery tracking, and supplier follow-ups.
- Ensure the PLM software is updated with fabric sheets, including material references, current pricing, seasonal color openings, and material book card editions.
- Analyze available stock levels.
- Assist in coordinating administrative and logistical operations related to stock for material reception and registration.
- Manage daily material dyeing requests.
- Generate and distribute the daily POWERBI report to relevant teams.
- Oversee updates to the COLOR BOOK.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university program.
