CELINE — Assistant Compliance Officer / DPO Intern in Paris (6-month full-time internship, Jan 2027).
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and monitoring in anti-corruption (Sapin II), anti-money laundering (AML), international sanctions and data protection (RGPD).
- Support the Privacy, Ethics & Compliance team in responding to operational requests and advising internal stakeholders.
- Draft notes, legal consultations and meeting minutes for internal audiences.
- Prepare presentation materials and contribute to the monthly compliance newsletter.
- Provide operational assistance during due diligence procedures, including follow-up checks after first-line reviews.
- Maintain and update the record of processing activities within OneTrust.
- Draft and update data protection procedures and policies.
- Contribute to digitalisation initiatives for the legal department (market benchmarks, solution analysis).
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Master 2 programme with specialisation in Business Law, Corporate Ethics or equivalent (school internship convention required).
- Previous 6-month internship within a legal department or law firm preferred.
- Familiarity with Sapin II, AML frameworks and the RGPD is an asset.
- Fluent French (bilingual) and professional command of English for regional exchanges.
- Strong organisational skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
- Autonomous, curious, collaborative and genuinely interested in luxury/couture and legal digitalisation projects.

Experience
Preferred: at least one previous six-month internship within a corporate legal department or a law firm. Demonstrable interest in regulatory compliance, privacy and digital legal tools.
Education
Current Master 2 student in Business Law, Corporate Ethics or equivalent (school internship agreement required).
