CELINE — After‑Sale & Quality Assistant (apprenticeship) in Paris. Central After‑Sale & Quality role at 15 rue Vivienne; start Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse and report on quality KPIs; prepare monthly performance reviews for quality directors and regional teams.
- Propose and help implement continuous‑improvement plans in collaboration with central quality teams.
- Assist the global after‑sales team in managing specific service requests (product recalls, quality expertise follow‑up) and escalations.
- Lead and animate quality review meetings with after‑sales managers across zones; document and maintain training materials for in‑store and regional after‑sales teams.
- Support quality teams in customer claim handling: root‑cause analysis, categorisation and action‑plan tracking.
- Document, update and maintain departmental processes (e.g. destruction, storage guides, warehouse quality controls).
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with supply chain, product and merchandising teams in France and Italy on quality and repair workflows.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, university programme or equivalent vocational training.
- First professional experience (internship or gap‑year placement) is required; prior exposure to after‑sales, quality or production is a plus.
- Proven organisational skills with ability to manage priorities and deliver reliable, rigorous work.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and interpersonal capabilities.
- Curious, adaptable, autonomous and able to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
