CELINE in Paris seeks an After-Sale & Quality Assistant (apprenticeship) starting Sept 2026 — central after‑sales role based at 15 rue Vivienne.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyse and report on quality performance indicators; prepare monthly review meetings with quality directors and regional teams.
- Propose and follow up on continuous improvement plans in collaboration with the quality teams.
- Support the global After‑Sales team in managing specific service requests (product recalls, technical expertise escalations) and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Lead quality review sessions with regional after‑sales managers and document outcomes and action plans.
- Document and maintain departmental procedures (destruction, storage guidelines, warehouse quality control, etc.) and keep process documentation up to date.
- Prepare and document training materials for in-store and regional after‑sales teams; support training delivery and knowledge transfer.
- Support analysis, categorisation and resolution of customer claims in partnership with quality teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, supply chain, product and merchandising teams across France and Italy on projects and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school, university programme or equivalent (apprenticeship/alternance track preferred).
- Previous internship or gap-year experience; first professional exposure to after‑sales, quality or production is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills, reliability and rigorous attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with good interpersonal and communication abilities; comfortable working in cross‑functional teams.
- Autonomous, curious, adaptable and motivated by challenge; sensitivity to luxury service standards.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.

Experience
Early-career profile: a first internship or student placement is expected. Prior exposure to after-sales, quality control or production environments is a strong advantage.
Education
Ongoing higher education (Bachelor's or Master's level) in engineering, quality management, supply chain, industrial engineering or equivalent; apprenticeship/alternance enrolment required.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
