CÉLINE Paris seeks Accounts Payable Assistant (apprenticeship, September 2026). Support supplier accounting, SAP transformation, and financial operations excellence in a luxury fashion environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in analytical review of supplier accounts during monthly and annual closing cycles
- Prepare account reconciliation documents and supporting schedules for external auditors
- Analyze variances and anomalies identified on supplier account balances
- Establish and monitor performance reporting (KPIs) and supplier data quality metrics
- Propose process improvements through Excel automation, Power Query, or Power BI solutions
- Participate in the evolution of accounting systems and SAP transformation initiatives in coordination with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams
- Support end-user adoption and training for new tools including Esker, SAP, and e-Attestation platforms
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3/4/5 programme in accounting, management control, or finance
- Strong appetite for advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, automation)
- Interest in ERP systems (SAP, Esker, Concur) and digital transformation projects
- Meticulous attention to detail with rigorous approach to accuracy
- Collaborative team orientation with proactive mindset and solution-focused approach
- Good written and spoken English proficiency

No prior professional experience required; candidates at the beginning of their career with relevant academic training are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+3, Bac+4, or Bac+5 qualification in accounting, management control, finance, or a closely related discipline.
