Role & Responsibilities
- Master the assembly of mechanical, automatic, and quartz watch movements
- Execute watch casing operations including dial and hand placement, case assembly, and bracelet attachment
- Develop foundational technical skills in polishing and surface finishing
- Acquire fundamentals of micro-mechanics and precision engineering
- Participate in practical internships within Cartier workshops and at partner enterprises
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French (spoken and written) sufficient to succeed in professional training
- Mathematical aptitude and interest in logical and technical reasoning
- Demonstrated interest, curiosity, and motivation for horological products and precision mechanisms
