Role & Responsibilities
- Master the assembly of mechanical, automatic, and quartz watch movements
- Execute case finishing including dial and hand installation, caseback attachment, and bracelet fastening
- Acquire foundational technical skills in polishing and surface finishing
- Develop fundamentals of precision micromechanics and fine mechanical systems
- Participate in structured practical internships within Cartier ateliers and partner organizations
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French, both written and spoken, sufficient for professional training success
- Strong aptitude in mathematics with capacity for logical and technical reasoning
- Demonstrated interest in horological products and precision mechanisms
- Manual dexterity, autonomy, and methodical work habits
