Role & Responsibilities

  • Master the assembly of mechanical, automatic, and quartz watch movements
  • Execute case finishing including dial and hand installation, caseback attachment, and bracelet fastening
  • Acquire foundational technical skills in polishing and surface finishing
  • Develop fundamentals of precision micromechanics and fine mechanical systems
  • Participate in structured practical internships within Cartier ateliers and partner organizations
